Blogging

A key part of this project is this blog. It is going to be our place for sharing what we are doing during the project with the wider world. As the project progresses we will be adding all sorts of things to this website, such as images, text written by people involved, videos documenting the work, and some artwork itself. This will hopefully give people lots of ideas about how technology of all sorts can be used in a creative way to produce an exciting and vibrant environment. In the meantime here is a bit of information about blogging.
Definition: Blogging is a term used to describe the activity of keeping an online diary, which combines both text, image, and video. The term comes from the words "Web" and "Logging" which is another word for diary.

Blogs are different from diary's in that they can have more than one person writing in them and they can be added to at anytime, so you can add more than one article in a day, articles are usually called posts.

Blogs are also useful if you want to create links to other websites, they can allow you to put a link in by hand , such as this one to the airspacegallery website or using things called tags these allow you to add a list of things that relate to what the blog is about and anyone who clicks on them will find other related things on the blog or sometimes on the internet. There are some tags at the bottom of this post.
